Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number if you provide one.
• Images you upload, prompts you enter and the resulting images — only to run the job you requested.
• Transaction data: top-ups, packs purchased, Credits used, balance.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address, sessions, plus a device cookie and a hashed browser fingerprint for fraud prevention.

2. What we never ask for

• We never ask for banking passwords, OTP codes or PINs in any form.
• We do not require identity documents to use the service.
• Anyone asking for those while claiming to be OpenPod is committing fraud — report it to [email protected].

3. How we use it

• Run the image jobs you request and deliver the results to your account.
• Process payments, deduct and refund Credits, reconcile balances.
• Provide customer support and handle complaints.
• Detect fraud and abuse, and protect your account.

4. Where images and prompts go

• To process a job, images and prompts are sent to the AI provider in use, limited to what the job needs. We use several providers for redundancy, so a job may run on any of them.
• We do not use your images or prompts to train models, republish them or add them to any public gallery.
• We do not sell or trade your personal data for commercial purposes.
• We disclose data only on a lawful request from a competent authority.

5. Storage and security

• Source and output files are kept for 7 days then deleted automatically; job history (code, type, time) is retained for reconciliation.
• Account data is kept while the account is active and up to 24 months after closure, unless the law requires longer.
• Connections use HTTPS; passwords are hashed with Argon2; you can view and sign out devices remotely in Settings & Profile.

6. Cookies and browser storage

• A session cookie and a device cookie (pod_may) for abuse prevention. No third-party advertising cookies.
• Your browser stores language, currency and view preferences. Clearing site data removes them.

7. Your rights

• View and edit your data in Settings & Profile.
• Download output any time within 7 days; request early deletion of a job by email.
• Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The service is not intended for users under 18 without guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
