1. The service

JC MEDIA AGENCY LIMITED LLC operates OpenPod at https://openpod.pro, a web-based software service that processes images with artificial intelligence for print-on-demand sellers.

  • Four functions: background removal, design redesign, product mockups and prompt-based generation, with optional 4K upscaling.
  • The deliverable is a digital image file (PNG or JPEG), delivered inside your account.
  • The service is intended for users aged 18 or older, or with guardian consent.

2. Accounts

  • You provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. All activity from your account is deemed to be yours.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions may result in the related features being locked.
  • You can sign out remote devices in Settings & Profile, and request account closure by email.

3. Credits and payment

  • Every image costs 1 Credit. Credits are sold in packs, never expire and stack across purchases.
  • Prices are listed in VND and that is the amount charged. Any USD figure shown is a reference conversion at the rate displayed at that moment.
  • Purchased Credits are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be converted back to cash. See Refunds & Delivery for the single exception.
  • Failed jobs return the Credit to your account automatically; this is a Credit refund, not a cash refund.

4. Rights in images

  • You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the output. We claim no ownership of the output.
  • You warrant that you have the right to use the images, logos and designs you upload, and you are responsible for the prompts you enter.
  • We do not check, and are not responsible for, whether output resembles protected brands, characters or works. You must check before printing or selling.

5. Prohibited use

  • Sexual, violent, hateful, fraudulent or defamatory content targeting people, organisations, religions or ethnicities.
  • Imitating protected brands, logos or characters for commercial use without the rights.
  • Using photos of real people to create fake, defamatory or privacy-invading content.
  • Using bots, bulk accounts or exploits to obtain Credits, money or images without paying.
  • Reselling account access or transferring Credits to others without a written agreement.

6. AI limitations

  • Output is generated by AI models, varies between runs and may contain small errors (text, fingers, fine patterns).
  • 4K output is algorithmically upscaled from the source image; sharpness depends on input quality.
  • AI providers may refuse content under their safety policies; in that case the Credit is refunded.

7. Suspension and termination

  • Jobs violating section 5 are rejected and the Credit is not refunded.
  • Accounts with serious or repeated violations may be suspended or closed.
  • You may stop using the service at any time; unused Credits are not refundable under section 3.

8. Limitation of liability

  • Our liability for any job is limited to re-running it or refunding the corresponding Credit.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages: printing costs, unsold stock, lost revenue or third-party copyright claims.
  • The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee absolutely uninterrupted operation.

9. Governing law and changes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where the operating entity is registered. Disputes are first addressed by negotiation via support email.
  • We may update these terms; the update date is shown at the top. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
  • Questions about these terms: [email protected].
